Requirements for the Sacrament of Confirmation
- Birth Certificate (NSO copy)
- Baptismal Certificate with annotation of “for confirmation purposes”
- Certificates of “no record of confirmation” on three parishes where they lived.
- Catechetical Instruction (the Cathedral also handles this one).
